A comprehensive home inspection usually takes between 2.5 to 4 hours to complete. The exact timeframe depends on the size and condition of the property. We highly encourage buyers to attend the inspection to walk through the findings and ask questions directly to our Certified Master Inspector.
You will receive your detailed, easy-to-read digital inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection being completed. Our comprehensive reports include high-resolution photos, thermal imaging results, and clear summaries of any health, safety, or structural defects to help you negotiate with confidence.
While not mandatory, we highly encourage you to attend the final hour of your Calgary home inspection. This allows our Certified Master Inspector to walk you through the property, explain any critical findings in person, and show you how key systems operate before you receive the final digital report.
