Land registration services, real estate agent services and moving services were noted as an essential service during this current hardship. I recognize the seriousness of this announcement and want to assure you - that I am prepared.
I can support new transactions agents are working on - and I can also help with Pre Home Inspections - for clients that are preparing to list in the future.
I am healthy. I have not travelled. I do not live with anyone who is unhealthy or has been out of the country.
I have ALL the necessary supplies (PPE = Personal Protective Equipment). I am also Mold Certified, so I have a full respirator mask and hazmat suits, for homes where a resident has to stay home due to illness or quarantine.
Agents and clients can attend - if they are also healthy and choose to do so. Alternatively - agents can provide me with access (I am licensed and bonded with Service Alberta and carry full E & O Insurance) and I can engage with agents/buyers via technology while I am in the home. Especially helpful if there are areas of concern - I need to focus extra attention on. As always, I will provide a comprehensive report with photos on the same day, and I will be available to discuss my findings in detail over the phone.
I will continue to monitor and adhere to the guidelines set forth by our local and national governments.
